What this page covers

This page is maintained by Bunkasoft to explain, in plain language, what Playtest Finder does with the information you give it. It is a description of current practices, not a certification or legal advice.

Searching for events

Searches run against a hand-reviewed event list. The location text you type is used to work out roughly where you are so events can be sorted by distance. We do not ask for or store your precise device location.

Accounts and saved items

If an account is created, we store a display name, an optional default home location, the events and searches you save, and any private notes you attach to them. That information is visible only to the account that created it.

Corrections you submit

When you suggest a correction, we keep the field you flagged, your proposed value, any note or source link, and an optional contact email so a moderator can follow up. Please do not include sensitive personal information in a correction.

Calendar exports

Calendar files are generated in your browser and downloaded directly to your device. Google Calendar and Outlook links simply open those services with the event details pre-filled — using them is subject to those providers' own privacy terms.

Retention and deletion

Saved events, saved searches, notes, and profile details are kept until you delete them or ask us to remove your account. To request access or deletion, contact Bunkasoft using the email address associated with your account.

If these practices change in a meaningful way, this page will be updated with a new "last updated" date.
